1. You may not resell my course materials "You Can! Make Your Living Online" in an ebook (an ebook is defined as a 'compiled' digital product that is 'downloaded' to a customers computer - you will be Licensed to sell access to the course as a Licensee on a website ONLY in a secure area of the site or as a 'physically delivered' product.

In other words the area in which you allow your customers access to these Lessons must be password protected or you must sell it as a 'print' product delivered to your customer through the postal services.

2. Alternatively you may sell it on a CD or DVD with a as long as the End User Agreement does not allow wholesale copying or free distribution of the CD or DVD. I have thought long and hard regarding this 'ebook' issue.

Most products are instantly devalued when offered as an 'ebook' so this restriction protects your investment and it's relatively easy to identify violators. Violators will be asked to give up their licenses if they disobey this instruction.

3. You may sell the Master Resale Rights or the Simple Resale Rights to the course. Master Resale Rights are defined as: Your customer will be allowed to sell the Master Rights to this course (two levels deep), your customers' customer will receive the rights to resell the course (one level deep).

4. You may, of course, sell this course anyway you want, other than the "ebook" restriction above, including establish your own affiliate program to help you sell access to the course. In other words there are no restrictions in the way the course is marketed. The only restrictions are how the course is delivered, in that it must be password protected (technologically very easy to do)... or via print.

5. The following restriction applies to you and your customers, if you sell it with Master Rights: You may not give away free access to the course (except for "trial" subscriptions) however it may be "bundled" with other products as part of a "package" - the course does not have to be the primary product and you can add additional bonuses to it as you see fit.

The determination of the suitability for you for this product is your responsibility. If you decide to purchase a License you agree to hold harmless David Vallieres and all copyright holders of this product.

You may freely copy parts of this agreement to include in your offer to your customers when selling Master Rights.

6. As you are probably aware, the course is 7 weeks long, one Lesson is delivered to students once each week however you can grant access to them all at once if you desire as long as it is in a password protected directory on your web site or in print form. You will not automatically receive updates to this course, if any become available.

You will only be notified of updates if you request them. Updates may or may not be free. The course may make reference to "personal coaching sessions" however personal coaching is not included with these rights and are not transferable to your customers. If you offer 'personal coaching' it will be your responsibility to fulfill those requests.

7. I cannot guarantee you will make as much as I have selling access to the course, and I cannot guarantee you will make any money at all. I cannot determine your skill level, determination or the 100 other factors that contribute to your success but if you want a PROVEN product to sell, with SOLID and PROVEN content that you can be very, very proud to offer your customers then this might be just perfect for you.

8. The license price will be a flat fee of $1,485.00 AUD payable in 3 equal monthly installments. There will be no royalties or additional fees payable to me at any time. You may sell it any price you want depending on your offer and how you package this course, however I kindly request that you do not sell it for less than $497 (this is a personal request, but not enforced). I suggest that you sell the Master Resale Rights for $997 to $1,497, once again depending on your offer and Resale Rights for $497 to $697. These are suggested prices only.

9. Like I said, you may not give away (free) access it must be sold and you cannot sell it as an "ebook". Other than that you may sell it 100% online or you may sell it as a 'print' product or both. There are no other restrictions to the License that have not been fully disclosed in this agreement.

10. This page constitutes the entire agreement for the Licensing of this product. This agreement is not a warranty of any kind. By your act of purchasing this License you consent to the terms of this agreement. Any violations of the agreement will immediately terminate and void your License without refund or recourse.

There is no refund once you have purchased a License so please do your due diligence before placing your order. You may sell or transfer your License to another entity or individual at any time ONLY with prior permission. Please contact me first before selling or transferring your License to another individual.
